The price does not include the tourist tax of € 2.90 per day, which must be paid separately on site.
Supplements & Reductions
- Short stay: for stays of up to three days, we reserve the right to apply a 10% supplement.
- Weekly offer: If you stay seven nights or more, you will receive a discounted weekly offer
(except from July 21st to October 6th, 2024).
- Dogs: On request only. They must be small, clean and quiet. Please understand that your dog cannot enter these areas: the dining room, the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, and the sun-bathing garden. We will charge € 16 per day (excluding food).
- Discounts for children sharing a room with at least 2 full-paying adults.

Deposit
Your reservation is only valid after receipt of our written confirmation and payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total price. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel within the time-frames shown below.

Cancellations
- Cancellation at least one month prior to arrival: no charge
- Cancellation at least 3 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the total price
- For cancellations less than three weeks prior to your arrival date: 100% of the total price
- We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that you will not be charged cancellation fees if you arrive late or cannot come on holiday.

Information on payment
Your hotel bill can be paid on site. Due to the considerable costs involved in paying by card, we prefer payment in cash. If you pay in cash on site, we will give you a 1.5% discount on the price of an overnight stay.
You can also pay your bill by debit or credit card (we do not accept American Express or Diners Club).
